1) Will the PS3 Hard Drive upgrade void my warranty?
No! The upgrade to a 320GB or 500GB hard drive will not void your PS3 console's warranty.
2) How long does it take to perform the PS3 hard drive upgrade?
The upgrade process usually takes 24 to 48 hours, so plan on leaving your console with us overnight. If you're mailing your console to us then you should add about 5 to 7 business days to allow for the transit time back & forth to your mailing address.
3) Will you transfer my game saves that are on the original hard drive?
If you would like us to transfer your "game saves" and downloaded content from your original hard drive to the new 320GB or 500GB hard drive we will be happy to perform this extra service for you for just $69. Please note this optional service is not necessary if you only wish to preserve your user profile & trophies. Florida residents are subject to 6% sales tax.

You will not lose your trophies when you upgrade to the 320GB or 500GB hard drive because your profile and trophy information is saved online, not on your original hard drive.

Yes! The process is quite simple. Simply print a completed copy of this form and mail it with your console to our service center by either Fed Ex or UPS. We strongly recommend you do not send us your PS3 by US Mail. Be sure to keep a record of your UPS or FED EX tracking number and don't forget to insure the package because we won't be responsible if it gets lost, stolen or damaged in transit! Upon our receipt of your console, we will call you to collect the $99 (320GB) or $129 (500GB) payment for the upgrade via major credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex or Discover) + $15 to cover the shipping of your console back to your designated address in the continental US. 8) How much does the PS3 hard drive upgrade cost?
We charge a flat-rate $99 to install a brand new 320GB hard drive into your Sony PlayStation 3 console. Similarly, we charge a flat-rate $129 to install a brand new 500GB hard drive into your Sony PlayStation 3 console. These amounts include the cost of the actual part (the hard drive itself) and the actual labor to perform the installation and configuration of the part into the console. These amounts do not include any applicable sales tax or the cost of shipping your console back to you if you're not local to our South Florida service center.
9) How much warranty do you provide for this PS3 hard drive upgrade service?
You will receive the standard 3-year manufacturer's limited warranty on the hard drive which typically covers failure due to mechanical defects only.
10) Do you sell games for the PS3?
